  • What is the timeframe for me to receive my order?
    Once you place an order with MW SHOP, it is 2-5 business days to process your order. All items are freshly produced after an order is placed for an item. After the order is processed, standard shipping is 7-10 business days.
  • I entered the wrong address on my order. What do I do?
    Contact MW SHOP as soon as possible via email at contact@momwifery.com Include your name, order number, and the correct address.
  • Do you accept AfterPay?
    Absolutely! The After Pay option is available after you click the pink "Checkout" button from your cart. After you enter your shipping information, you will be able to choose AfterPay. Happy Shopping!
  • I received my order but there is an error in the number of items, item type, or a defect. What do I do?
    Our greatest apologies. We request your patience and thank you for giving us a chance to correct our mistakes. Please send us an email with subject title "Order Issue." We will be sure to respond within 48 hours to work for a resolution. Contact@momwifery.com
  • I received my order and I love it! What do I do?

  • What is your return policy at MW SHOP?
    New, unused, items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of order date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. For all returns send email to contact@momwifery.com. Allow 48 hours for response.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds for acceptable returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of the successfully returned items. Original shipping charges will not be included in refund total.
  • HOLIDAY TIMELINE! Last day to order before Christmas...
    To guarantee shipping before Christmas, the last day to order is December 12, 2022.
